Class Policies Overview
🧩 This form covers ALL Wonder Club programs — Wonder Makers, Wonder Seekers, Special Events, online programs, and more! You only need to complete it once, but if anything changes (contact info, allergies, emergency contacts, additional children, etc.), please submit a new form so we can update your family’s details.
📝 By participating with The Wonder Club, you acknowledge and agree to all Wonder Club policies and release The Wonder Club, the owner and its partners from any liability. This helps us keep experiences safe, smooth, and fun for everyone. Thank you! 😊
Policies & Expectations Drop-Off Policy
- K–4th grade classes: Drop-off is encouraged as we are a small studio.
- Toddler-aged classes: A parent or guardian must stay with the child.
Children should be able to follow simple classroom expectations, respect peers, and feel comfortable in a small-group setting.
If you are staying with your child, feel free to support them, but allow them to take the lead as they explore, imagine, and create.
💰 Refunds
- All sales are final for any class that has already taken place or been attended.
- Refunds for upcoming classes may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- To request one, please email: hello@thewonderclubhub.com
- A 25% non-refundable fee may apply to approved refunds due to advance preparation, materials, and class planning.
Missed Class Policy
If your child misses a class, we may be able to offer a makeup spot in a future session. Availability is limited and makeups are not guaranteed, as our classes are intentionally small and seats fill quickly.
If a makeup is offered:
- If the new class has a higher cost, we will simply send a small invoice for the difference.
- If the new class has a lower cost, we will happily refund the difference.
We’ll always do our best to help when possible and appreciate your understanding!
🤧 Sick Policy
If your child is sick, contagious, running a fever, excessively coughing/sneezing, or generally unwell, please stay home to keep everyone healthy.
Message us, and we’ll be happy to discuss your options for the missed class.
📸 Photos
We love capturing creative moments! When sharing photos on our website or social media, children’s faces will be covered with stickers or blurred for privacy.
📬 Communication
Please check your email (and spam folder, just in case!) for important class reminders, updates, and announcements. We use the information from this form to stay in touch with you.
💛 Kindness Policy
We strive to create a warm, welcoming space for all families. Please help us maintain this environment by being kind, respectful, and refraining from foul language or disruptive behavior.
🎨📖 What to Expect
Each class is a creative adventure! While the heart of our time together is hands-on arts & crafts, exploration, and discovery, we may also include stories, simple movement moments, discussions, prompts to enrich the experience.
The Wonder Club is all about sparking imagination, curiosity, and confidence.
👕🍎 What to Wear & Snacks
- Wear play clothes — we use real art materials, and some may not wash out.
- Personal Snacks should be enjoyed before or after class, unless medically necessary or provided to the whole group by us.
- Water is always welcome!
👶 Tagalong Siblings
We understand that sometimes younger siblings or non-participating children need to come along. They are welcome to stay as long as space allows and they can remain calm and non-disruptive.
If the class is full, we may not have room for extra guests inside.
Please have a simple backup plan ready (a walk, the car, outdoor picnic, short errand, etc.).
We appreciate your flexibility — especially as we plan and dream for a larger studio space!
⚖️ Liability Release
By attending any Wonder Club class, club, program, or event, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.
The Wonder Club and its partners are not responsible for injuries, lost items, or unforeseen incidents.
Thank you for being part of The Wonder Club! 💫 We’re excited to create, imagine, and explore with your child.
